The Sales Orders module provides a solution for handling special orders, quotes, recurring sales orders and sales orders. Sales Orders are precursors to invoices and allowing editing of item contents and partial shipments.
Recent additions include integration with Construction Maestro from Symun Systems, Inc.. Teaming up with Construction Maestro, our customers are now able to quickly create detail materials and construction plans for pole barns, garages, and decks. Create your building within Construction Maestro and then import the materials list and pricing into TransActPOS Sales Order, Quotes & Special Orders. Processing the required purchase orders and invoices is completed within TransActPOS making the entire process very efficient.
This is an excellent module for processing hold and ship orders and taking phone orders. Partial shipment of items whereas an invoice is final in the sense that the contents of an existing invoice are not modifiable and the shipment of items is complete. When an item is placed on a sales order, the item’s allocated field indicates an increase within the Inventory Control module. The Purchase Order module is aware of the required allocations and adjusts the recommended reorder quantity during the reorder process.
During the receiving of a purchase order, the system is aware of existing special orders and notifies the user of the presence of a special order for the current item.
