Service Tickets

Providing quality customer service is clearly the best way to create customer loyalty and repeat sales.  TransActPOS Service Tickets is the tool for providing fast and accurate accounts of the equipment service proved to the customer.  Header and detail screens collect information relative to the service performed.  With real-time allocation of inventory during the service process, accurately tracking inventory is a snap!

Within the Main tab the user may indicate if the service ticket is related to a warranty claim by checking the warranty checkbox in the lower right of the screen. The warranty section of the Service module allows the assignment of specific invoice details to different billing agents. 

The Warranty Information screen, assessed through the Warranty Detail button, creates the relationship between parts and services related to a specific warranty claim and customer billable items and services.
