Message:
Starting this past weekend, you have probably noticed a "FTP error..." during the start-up of TransActPOS at any of the workstations within your network.  Simply click OK and continue on with the start-up of TransActPOS.  No serious issues result from this message.

Explanation:
This error is due to a change at one of our FTP hosting sites.  AT&T moved a portion of our FTP site to a new server and changed the login process thus resulting in the FTP error. 
During the start-up of TransActPOS, the system automatically downloads the current video library from the FTP site to keep your system updated as to the location of the streamling videos.

Short Term Resolution:
Simply click OK and continue on with the start-up of TransActPOS.

Select System > File Maintenance > Update Menu
