By automatically updating information from vendors’ catalogs of available products, the Electronic Catalog streamlines the process of adding additional inventory to your system, updating newly published retail prices, and viewing the available data of the vendor's electronic inventory.
While catalogs for some vendors are automatically maintained through our Inventory Order and Receipt communications module, this module can also be used to update inventory information from any vendor who provides catalog information in an electronic format. If you have a vendor that is not listed within the Electronic Catalog listing, we will be happy to work with you to create a converter for you. Typically, the cost to import a catalog is zero!
